I had to tackle a repair on my old shower faucet and he not only had the parts I couldn't find anywhere, he spent 20 minutes walking me through the repair process explaining everything. Gave great trouble shooting advice and what to look out for. When I got home not only did I tackle my project confidently, it only took me 15minutes to get the old one out and the new one in without breaking anything or causing any leaks. Message: These guys are fantastic! My handyman sent me in with some worn out parts that needed to be replaced…not only did I get an education on what the parts are called and what their functions are but the man who helped me knew exactly what kind of sink they were for, who the manufacturer likely was, and he even knew that the sink was from the 1980s. It’s a rare thing anymore, to find someone with such knowledge about what they’re selling. I’ll never go anywhere else for plumbing supplies. Long live Art’s!
